I worked in a call center since 2007 handling customer service and technical support. Then after years of working in a call center industry, I have decided to try working at home as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant. During my free time, I started learning some skills by taking some online courses that I may need to be a virtual assistant.   Luckily, I got my first client this year 2020 before leaving the call center industry.
